Warranty covers:

The warranty does not cover:

Damage during installation when the client uses an unqualified technician
External events (water damage, fire, power surges, etc.)
To maintain warranty validity, the customer must follow recommended installation and maintenance guidelines.

Returns are handled under the following conditions:
A product may be returned if:
It arrives damaged
It is not functioning as described
The wrong product was delivered
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return:

Wait for return approval and shipping instructions
